Rate Increase

Effective June 1, our rates on grooming, doggy daycare, and boarding are increasing. We offer excellent care for your pets by providing great pay rates and benefits for the team who cares for them. We also use all-natural eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled products, which cost more, but support our vision for minimum impact on the earth. We also have yearly lease increases, and as you know the price of delivery goes up when gas prices go up.

We know you love the guys and gals who care for your pets as much as we do.Here's how we find and keep them - we have a tried and true 2-part interview process to select passionate, dedicated people, and a 16-module ongoing hands-on training program. We have an open door policy and we expect realcommunication and authenticity.

We offer all our team members:

doggy daycare for their pets while they're working
discounts on boarding grooming, and dog food, treats, toys and leashes
people snacks in the break room
a monthly coffee allowance

We also pay our team higher wages than our competition. We really value each of them and we know that without them and their passion and skills, we would not have the business we do. We are constantly growing and business is going great!

In order to continue with our high standard of care for our team and your furry family members, we are raising our rates.

HALF DAYS

You'll notice that we are continuing to offer half-day rates to current customers, but will not be offering them to new customers.

BOARDING PASSES

We are also making the boarding process simpler and offering a 5% discount on boarding stays of 10 nights or longer. We will no longer be offering boarding passes, but will of course honor any passes that have already been purchased.
